General Notes on polyhedron Enumeration


A rather large group with 124 representatives. Here, the pentagonal faces share two edges and are also joined at a single vertex.

There are several classes depending on how opposing pentagons touch. We can number vertices 1,2 or 3, starting at the wide open end of the pentagons. These are the 2-2 polyhedra.

The first two below are 1-3, the second two are 2-3, the rest are 3-3.

The first three below are 1-1, the remainder are 1-2.
